We
are pleased to confirm that we have purchased the intruder alarm
maintenance and monitoring contracts of Contact Intruder Alarms,
(C.I.A.) of Oldham from the liquidator.
The
acquisition of these systems further strengthens our customer
base and we are
confident that the new clients will enjoy the high level of service
provided.
Service Department
The
procedures adopted in our Service Department have been developed
over many years and are reviewed on a regular basis to ensure
maximum efficiency.
In order to further enhance the quality of service provided we
now issue our domestic customers with a letter asking them to
contact us each time their system becomes due for a routine service
inspection.
This measure has further improved the efficiency of the service
engineers, which will benefit all customers.
Our records indicate that clients receive prompt service, 24 hours
per day, we continue to closely monitor our performance to ensure
that the highest possible level of customer service is maintained.
